At Furniture Maxi, we offer free delivery to most UK mainland post codes*, the free delivery will automatically deduct from the final total. We also offer an express delivery at a charge of £60.
Returns (damaged and non-damaged goods)
Furniture Maxi’s refund policy:
If by unfortunate reason your order has been damaged, please send images to firstname.lastname@example.org. Our team will then revise your email and contact you with solutions whether if it’s fixable, offer a refund or exchange. The collection of the good will be free of charge.
If your order is in good condition but you’d like a refund, we are happy to refund the price you paid. There will be a charge for collection of the goods.
- Once you’ve placed your order, it generally takes approximately 48 hours to come up onto the system.
- Our transport team will then schedule a date for the nearest slot available.
- You will receive an email or text confirmation.
- On the day of delivery our driver will contact yourself approximately thirty minutes before delivery.
- Upon delivery, the driver will hand over your order and request for a signature.
At Furniture Maxi, we only deliver to the UK mainland. This excludes the following post codes, All AB, BT & GY postcode, FK17-99, G83, IV1-28, IV33-39, all KW postcodes, PA21-33, PA35-40, PH18-26, PH30, PH31-42, HS1-9, IV4-51, IV55-56, KA27, KA28, KW15-17, PA20, PA34, PA41-48, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3. All Channel Isle, Isle of Man, and Scilly Isles.
Our team work hard to ensure that all orders are delivered will care, if by any unfortunate reason your order has been damaged throughout the delivery process, please send images to email@example.com. Our team will then revise your email and contact you with solutions whether if it’s fixable or offer an exchange.
If your unable to be present for your order collection, there are alternatives that we could suggest.
Our drivers would be more than happy to deliver to a neighbour. All we require is a written confirmation, whether it’s an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or a reply to our driver on the delivery day.
Another alternative would be if you have an entrance to your back garden where our driver can safely drop off your delivery. All we require is a written confirmation, whether it’s an email to email@example.com or a reply to our driver on the delivery day
Cancelling or changing an order
To comply with our Furniture Maxi policy for cancelling an order, please contact our team via phone or email 48 hours before delivery.
If you’d like to change your order, please contact our team 72 hours before delivery.
For health and safety we require the items to be securely boxed up in it's original packaging.
