Can I see the product before purchase?

Yes, you can view our products on our website. Due to an incident, our showroom is temporarily closed.

Will there be a guarantee with my purchase?

Yes, you will receive a one year guarantee on the rattan frame if there are damages. Please attach images when emailing our customer service team.

Products

Is the rattan furniture waterproof?

Yes. The sofa sets are waterproof.

Does my rattan set come with a cover?

Not all sets have rain covers unless stated. The covers for outdoor furniture sets are sold separately.

Can I purchase a single chair?

Unfortunately, all our sofa sets are boxed as a package, which means we are unable to sell any of the outdoor furniture separately.

Can I swap the cushions from a different set?

Unfortunately, we will not be able to exchange the cushions from a different set as they are personalised for the particular ranges.

The cushion colour is different from the sofa set. What should I do?

Here at Furniture Maxi, we aim to deliver your order on time, in this case, we advise you email us at info@furnituremaxi.com along with images showing the sofa set with the cushions and all your delivery information so that we can happily exchange the cushions as quick as we can.

Does my sofa set require assembly?

Yes. Majority of our sofa sets are flat packed, however there are some that do not require assembly. This will be shown in the product description.

Warranty

How long is the warranty for Rain Covers?

Our rain covers have a warranty of 3 months, starting from the date received.

How long is the warranty for the indoor furniture?

Our indoor furniture has a warranty of 3 months, starting from the date received.

What is the warranty for the rattan furniture?

Our warranty for the rattan furniture only covers the metal frame which is covered for 12 months.

Orders

How long will my order take to be delivered?

Orders will take approximately 5 to 7 working days.

Do you deliver on the weekends?

No, we currently do not deliver on weekends.

Will I be able to exchange my item if I change my mind?

Yes, you will be able to, however, there will be an extra fee of £40.

How much is the delivery charge?

All our products are delivered free of charge to most UK postcodes.

How can I track my order?
