The luxurious corner design allows you to stretch out in any direction when you have the time and space, while also inviting others to join you in relaxing under the summer sun. This wonderful grey rattan garden furniture set comes with two footstools and a glass-topped coffee table, with padded seat and back cushions that guarantee true comfort. We only use premium PE rattan to ensure high levels of weather resistance and can also supply garden furniture covers to keep the furniture covered from spring through to winter.

Shipping and Returns
Free delivery to all orders in mainland UK postcodes, in some cases, your items may be delivered separately.*
You can find estimated delivery window on the product page , it varies depends on the product type and couriers we are using .
If your order is coming with one of our preferred third party couriers, we will send you an email once we have dispatched it. This email will tell you the name of the courier and the tracking number, so you can stay updated all the way.
Depending on the distance, you could be given a one or two-day delivery date, as it will depend on the journey on the day. Our courier can only deliver to the ground floor and some couriers only offer door step delivery , and we do not offer assembly and old furniture removal service .
Remote Areas
We do not deliver to remote areas such as the Channel Islands, Grampian, Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles.
We do not deliver to Ireland or Northern Ireland.
Returns
If you wish to return your items, our returns policy allows you to return your items within 30 days after receiving the items. If your items are unfortunately faulty, there will be no extra charge for collection.
If you ordered by error or changed your mind, please do not worry , we could accommodate your request as well , small collection charge may apply in this case .
Return Packaging
All returned goods must be wrapped in packaging as our couriers do not transport unpackaged items. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you keep the original packaging if you would like to return the goods.
If you have received a faulty or damaged item that needs to be returned and you have disposed of the original packaging, we kindly ask you to source alternative material, for example, bubble wrap & for the item to be re-boxed. Please note that the penalty fee does not apply to faulty or damaged items.
Refunds Policy
For return cases, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days of receiving the items. For all other refunds, it will be processed within 7 business days.

Do you have a showroom?
No, we currently don't have a showroom or high street shop, so that we could pass all the savings to our customers .
Products
Is the rattan furniture waterproof?
Yes. The rattan sets are waterproof, but we always advise to store it in the shed or invest in a protective cover that can be placed over the furniture at any time, protecting it from the rain, snow, UV rays and anything else that could harm it if left exposed for too long.
Does my rattan set come with a cover?
Yes, we have got rain cover option on most of our sets , please check from the product information section or listing option section .
Can I purchase a single chair?
Unfortunately, all our sofa sets are boxed as a package, which means we are unable to sell any of the outdoor furniture separately at this time.
Can I swap the cushions from a different set?
Unfortunately, we will not be able to exchange the cushions from a different set as they are personalised for that particular range.
Does my sofa set require assembly?
Yes. Majority of our furniture sets are flat packed; however some do not require assembly. This will be shown in the product description.
Delivery & Returns
How long will my order take to be delivered?
Delivery times may vary depending on the product and it will be clearly stated on each product page.
Has my order been dispatched? When can I expect delivery?
Once your order has dispatched, you'll receive an email with all the delivery details you need. Some couriers may also contact you to advise of the date and time.
No, we do not offer express delivery. Your products will be delivered within the timeframe listed on the product page.
Can you deliver my items quicker?

Do you deliver on the weekends?
Yes, some couriers will let you choose your own delivery dates, Saturday included.
Do you deliver to Ireland?
No, we do not deliver to Ireland or Northern Ireland.
Will I be able to exchange my item if I change my mind?
Yes, you will be able to, however there will be a small collection fee .
How much is the delivery charge?
All our products are delivered free of charge to mainland UK postcodes. All excluded post codes can be found on Shipping & Returns page.

Can I provide additional delivery instructions?
If you need to provide any additional delivery information (i.e restricted access, additional assistance etc.) please contact the designated courier. Contact details will be provided in the shipping confirmation email.
Will the carriers dismantle my old furniture?
We don't offer this service, so please ensure the area where you'd like your new furniture to be placed is clear before the carriers arrive.
Can I select a specific delivery date?

I've only received a part of my order. When are the remaining items going to be delivered?
We have several processing facilities across the country and in some cases your order might be sent out separately. Please allow another 2-3 working days for another part of your order to arrive before contacting us.
