"I’m writing to express my disappointment with the level of communication I experienced with your customer service team. Over the course of two weeks, I sent three emails and did not receive a single response. It wasn’t until I made a second phone call and firmly requested the consignment number that I was able to get the information I needed to contact the courier directly. The furniture arrived today; however, the delivery driver left it on a pallet outside and mentioned it could fit through the gate. I had expected that the pallet and cellophane would be removed and that the items would be placed in the garden, as is often standard with similar deliveries. I haven’t yet unpacked the furniture and am hoping the product itself meets expectations. If there are any issues, I will be in touch."

"This is a lovely set of garden furniture which was delivered within the time specified. Easy to put together and great looking, the fire pit is a great addition. Seating cushions are thick and extremely comfortable and added bonus of a cover. It was missing from the order originally but a quick email and it arrived the following day. Great communication with the company and delivery drivers. Would definitely recommend"

Almost finished putting it together

"After having a new patio, I'm gradually getting straight and have the table and sofas in use. Just need to finish the glass which I’m struggling with and put the stools together. Haven’t tried the fire pit yet, but think I may need some more screws as there wasn’t enough for the stools. Little bit disappointed that I have not found the rain cover. Which states on the main box, that it includes a rain cover. The sofas are lovely and very comfortable."

"Had this up for a couple o weeks now …. look it’s not the top quality but your not paying 1000s off pounds , it is however great value , cushions are nice and thick the fire pits easy to function and looks great …overall it’s great …just one quibble …as a lot off reviews the instructions are just none existent…just do a you tub video or something…but once up no worries"
