Frequently Asked Questions
What kind of gas and safety features are included with your fire pit dining sets?
Our fire pit tables are CE-certified and designed for use with a 5kg Patio Gas (propane) cylinder, which fits neatly into the table’s internal storage. Every set includes a protective glass wind guard for safety and a metal cover to transform the unit into a full dining table. Always ensure the gas is turned off when not in use.
How do I clean and maintain the fire pit and its glass components?
To maintain your fire pit, clean the glass wind guard and tabletop with a non-abrasive glass cleaner once cool. The stainless steel burner should be kept clear of debris to ensure an even flame. We recommend using the provided Oxford fabric cover to protect the burner from rain and dirt, ensuring the gas system remains functional for many years.
Can I leave my fire pit dining set outdoors throughout the winter?
Yes, the set is built with UV-protected synthetic rattan and rust-proof aluminium frames for year-round durability. However, the gas regulator and burner should be covered during winter. While the furniture is frost-resistant, we recommend storing the cushions indoors and using a breathable cover to prevent dirt build-up and protect the mechanical components from the harsh British winter weather.
