If your order is coming with one of our preferred third party couriers, we will send you an email once we have dispatched it. This email will tell you the name of the courier and the tracking number, so you can stay updated all the way.
Depending on the distance, you could be given a one or two-day delivery date, as it will depend on the journey on the day. Our courier can only deliver to the ground floor and some couriers only offer door step delivery , and we do not offer assembly and old furniture removal service .
Remote Areas
We do not deliver to remote areas such as the Channel Islands, Grampian, Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles.
We do not deliver to Ireland or Northern Ireland.
Returns
If you wish to return your items, our returns policy allows you to return your items within 30 days after receiving the items. If your items are unfortunately faulty, there will be no extra charge for collection.
If you ordered by error or changed your mind, please do not worry , we could accommodate your request as well , small collection charge may apply in this case .
Return Packaging
All returned goods must be wrapped in packaging as our couriers do not transport unpackaged items. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you keep the original packaging if you would like to return the goods.
If you have received a faulty or damaged item that needs to be returned and you have disposed of the original packaging, we kindly ask you to source alternative material, for example, bubble wrap & for the item to be re-boxed. Please note that the penalty fee does not apply to faulty or damaged items.
Refunds Policy
For return cases, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days of receiving the items. For all other refunds, it will be processed within 7 business days.

"It looks nice. That’s about it. Egg on my face for buying a cheap couch. The frame at the end of the bench where it meets the chaise lounge is rock hard. If you drop into it, you’ll hit the wooden frame directly and hurt your coccyx. They’re no padding whatsoever. It looks nice enough but it’s a shocking couch. Lots of cushions and throws will provide some comfort to compensate but the couch itself is very uncomfortable. The back folds out to make a bed is decent enough."

I was hoping a more firm / thick cushion and less springy, might just need wearing in but atm you can hear the under spring against under layer material when sat on. Got the ottoman for the storage, sofabed function and possible extra seating but I don’t think it’ll be suitable for everyday seating feels dipped when sat on."

"After having to build it myself, I shortly realised the couch took up a good chunk of my lounge. Luckily with storage and the shape isn't too uncomfortable though it has brought up issues with the layout of the room."

- It is made from polyester and the courier can only deliver to the ground floor.
- Do you provide warranty and stain resisastance on sofas?
- There is a 6 month warranty on all our indoor furniture's, it is not statin resistant. .
- If I order this item can I get it delivered at a set date?

- Hi! This Corner sofa bed set honestly seems amazing, almost too good to be true! However I wanted to know if I could see the back side of the sofa as I may not be putting it against the wall. So I just wanted to know how it will look from the back in view. Thanks!
