Worst purchase ever
"This has been a horrible experience and I won’t be using the company Furniture Maxi again. ☹️ The chairs and glass top arrived without issue, but the table never arrived. Twice I called and was told it was on its way, with days wasted inbetween. On the third call they informed me the table was out of stock… how could part of an order be out of stock? I was offered only a limited refund if I retained the items already delivered - what could I do with chairs with no table?? ☹️ Or I was offered a full refund if the items were returned. Since I ordered over black fri there was no option to purchase another set at a similar discount ☹️. When I checked the website it indicated items were still in stock… I contacted customer service and informed them of this fact. They replied after checking with their storage that indeed items were in stock and that they would send a table out. Few days later I received an email stating that it had been a mistake and no items were in stock. This put me back to the start where I was now forced to accept the refund ☹️ with effectively a month of my life wasted ☹️. That said as I write this review they still have to process the refund and collect the items previously delivered. ☹️"
