Our gas firepit rattan tables work with Patio Gas bottles; these are the green bottles filled with propane. It is important to get a Patio Gas bottle as this is compatible with the clip-on regulator we supply with our systems.
We recommend a 5kg bottle as this fits inside the table, it is not included in the set. Our firepit systems are UKCA and CE certificated and manufactured using grade SUS 304 Stainless Steel ensuring they are weatherproof and made to the highest quality.

You can find estimated delivery window on the product page , it varies depends on the product type and couriers we are using .
If your order is coming with one of our preferred third party couriers, we will send you an email once we have dispatched it. This email will tell you the name of the courier and the tracking number, so you can stay updated all the way.
Depending on the distance, you could be given a one or two-day delivery date, as it will depend on the journey on the day. Our courier can only deliver to the ground floor and some couriers only offer door step delivery , and we do not offer assembly and old furniture removal service .
Remote Areas
We do not deliver to remote areas such as the Channel Islands, Grampian, Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles.
We do not deliver to Ireland or Northern Ireland.
Returns
If you wish to return your items, our returns policy allows you to return your items within 30 days after receiving the items. If your items are unfortunately faulty, there will be no extra charge for collection.
If you ordered by error or changed your mind, please do not worry , we could accommodate your request as well , small collection charge may apply in this case .
Return Packaging
All returned goods must be wrapped in packaging as our couriers do not transport unpackaged items. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you keep the original packaging if you would like to return the goods.
If you have received a faulty or damaged item that needs to be returned and you have disposed of the original packaging, we kindly ask you to source alternative material, for example, bubble wrap & for the item to be re-boxed. Please note that the penalty fee does not apply to faulty or damaged items.
Refunds Policy
For return cases, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days of receiving the items. For all other refunds, it will be processed within 7 business days.

Sadly the lack of information but my delivery lets this supplier down. About 10 days before my furniture arrived I got a notification from the shop app that my order was being processed and that was it. Then morning when I was at work I got a txt from Palletways saying Consignment update estimated arrival between 11. 05 and 13. 05. the numbers on the message didn’t tie up with the shop app or my email when I first ordered and no phone number to call. So wasn’t sure if it was my furniture or not, but when I arrived home that evening there was a pallet sitting on my driveway. Likely everything was there. Disappearing service"
