Additional Information about the Firepit :
Our gas firepit rattan tables work with Patio Gas bottles; these are the green bottles filled with propane. It is important to get a Patio Gas bottle as this is compatible with the clip-on regulator we supply with our systems.
We recommend a 5kg bottle as this fits inside the table, it is not included in the set. Our firepit systems are UKCA and CE certificated and manufactured using grade SUS 304 Stainless Steel ensuring they are weatherproof and made to the highest quality.

If your order is coming with one of our preferred third party couriers, we will send you an email once we have dispatched it. This email will tell you the name of the courier and the tracking number, so you can stay updated all the way.
Depending on the distance, you could be given a one or two-day delivery date, as it will depend on the journey on the day. Our courier can only deliver to the ground floor and some couriers only offer door step delivery , and we do not offer assembly and old furniture removal service .
Remote Areas
We do not deliver to remote areas such as the Channel Islands, Grampian, Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles.
We do not deliver to Ireland or Northern Ireland.
Returns
If you wish to return your items, our returns policy allows you to return your items within 30 days after receiving the items. If your items are unfortunately faulty, there will be no extra charge for collection.
If you ordered by error or changed your mind, please do not worry , we could accommodate your request as well , small collection charge may apply in this case .
Return Packaging
All returned goods must be wrapped in packaging as our couriers do not transport unpackaged items. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you keep the original packaging if you would like to return the goods.
If you have received a faulty or damaged item that needs to be returned and you have disposed of the original packaging, we kindly ask you to source alternative material, for example, bubble wrap & for the item to be re-boxed. Please note that the penalty fee does not apply to faulty or damaged items.
Refunds Policy
For return cases, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days of receiving the items. For all other refunds, it will be processed within 7 business days.

"Very easy ordering and quick delivery. Great communication and fantastic price. Easy to put together with simple to follow instructions. Only had it a week or so, so unable to comment on the longevity of it and how well it lastd in the winter, but on first impressions, everything seems solid and very comfortable."
"This dining set took a while to reach me, about a month. It's exactly as promised. Looks good and feels comfortable. Two issues though. 1. Some of the bolt holes and the curvature of the back seat didn't line up, meaning it was quite difficult putting some parts together. 2. So many bolts, and some poor instructions. I've put together hundreds of DIY sets. These instructions were some of the vaguest, and the barely different bolts mean you have to be careful you're using the right ones in the right places. I'd recommend a motorised allen key screwdriver as it took me about 4 hours to do all the bolts by hand. Damn sturdy in the end though."

"We were excited to have our furniture delivered quickly and well packaged. It was easy to put together with the two of us and did not take as long as we initially thought. The cushions are beautifully made and are a gorgeous dark grey. They are ample enough but we were sent 4 different shaped waterproof cushions for free! The only downside is our waterproof cover was missing from our order. We have been able to inform customer services with no problem and they are sending one out asap! Fantastic service!!"
