Additional Information about the Firepit :
Our gas firepit rattan tables work with Patio Gas bottles; these are the green bottles filled with propane. It is important to get a Patio Gas bottle as this is compatible with the clip-on regulator we supply with our systems.
We recommend a 5kg bottle as this fits inside the table, it is not included in the set. Our firepit systems are UKCA and CE certificated and manufactured using grade SUS 304 Stainless Steel ensuring they are weatherproof and made to the highest quality.
About Rain Cover:
We recommend you to order with rain cover options to extend the lifespan of your garden furniture, our heavy duty rain cover are made of Oxford fabric is woven with a basketweave structure, which contributes to its strength and resilience. It is often favored for its ability to withstand regular use and resist tearing and abrasion.

You can find estimated delivery window on the product page , it varies depends on the product type and couriers we are using .
If your order is coming with one of our preferred third party couriers, we will send you an email once we have dispatched it. This email will tell you the name of the courier and the tracking number, so you can stay updated all the way.
Depending on the distance, you could be given a one or two-day delivery date, as it will depend on the journey on the day. Our courier can only deliver to the ground floor and some couriers only offer door step delivery , and we do not offer assembly and old furniture removal service .
Remote Areas
We do not deliver to remote areas such as the Channel Islands, Grampian, Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles.
We do not deliver to Ireland or Northern Ireland.
Returns
If you wish to return your items, our returns policy allows you to return your items within 30 days after receiving the items. If your items are unfortunately faulty, there will be no extra charge for collection.
If you ordered by error or changed your mind, please do not worry , we could accommodate your request as well , small collection charge may apply in this case .
Return Packaging
All returned goods must be wrapped in packaging as our couriers do not transport unpackaged items. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you keep the original packaging if you would like to return the goods.
If you have received a faulty or damaged item that needs to be returned and you have disposed of the original packaging, we kindly ask you to source alternative material, for example, bubble wrap & for the item to be re-boxed. Please note that the penalty fee does not apply to faulty or damaged items.
Refunds Policy
For return cases, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days of receiving the items. For all other refunds, it will be processed within 7 business days.

Delivery was smooth, they accommodated changing to a different delivery day ensure I was home. The fire pit was very easy to assemble and the chairs relatively easy. "Arrived about a week after ordering. I couldn't make head nor tail of the instructions but hubby managed to. It's really comfortable and feels really good quality. We ordered the raincover to prolong the lifespan. The storage benches aren't waterproof but fit under the cover. The only downside is that the suckers to hold the glass table top in place aren't very strong, and the windshield doesn't attach, it's free standing. Equally as good as some sets I've seen in garden centres for twice the price or more, so overall very happy. Gives my garden a more luxurious feel with too painful a price tag!"
