    If your order is coming with one of our preferred third party couriers, we will send you an email once we have dispatched it. This email will tell you the name of the courier and the tracking number, so you can stay updated all the way.
    Depending on the distance, you could be given a one or two-day delivery date, as it will depend on the journey on the day. Our courier can only deliver to the ground floor and some couriers only offer door step delivery , and we do not offer assembly and old furniture removal service .

    We do not deliver to remote areas such as the Channel Islands, Grampian, Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles.

    Returns


    If you wish to return your items, our returns policy allows you to return your items within 30 days after receiving the items.  If your items are unfortunately faulty, there will be no extra charge for collection.
    If you ordered by error or changed your mind, please do not worry , we could accommodate your request as well , small collection charge may apply in this case . 
     
    Return Packaging
    All returned goods must be wrapped in packaging as our couriers do not transport unpackaged items. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you keep the original packaging if you would like to return the goods.
    If you have received a faulty or damaged item that needs to be returned and you have disposed of the original packaging, we kindly ask you to source alternative material, for example, bubble wrap & for the item to be re-boxed. Please note that the penalty fee does not apply to faulty or damaged items.

    Is the rattan furniture waterproof?

    Yes. The rattan sets are waterproof, but we always advise to store it in the shed or invest in a protective cover that can be placed over the furniture at any time, protecting it from the rain, snow, UV rays and anything else that could harm it if left exposed for too long.

    Does my rattan set come with a cover?

    Not all sets have rain covers unless otherwise stated. The covers for outdoor furniture sets are sold separately.

    Can I purchase a single chair?

    Unfortunately, all our sofa sets are boxed as a package, which means we are unable to sell any of the outdoor furniture separately at this time.

    Can I swap the cushions from a different set?

    Unfortunately, we will not be able to exchange the cushions from a different set as they are personalised for that particular range.

    The cushion colour is different to the sofa set. What should I do?

    Here at Furniture Maxi, we aim to deliver your order on time, in this case, we advise you email us at info@furnituremaxi.com along with images showing the sofa set with the cushions and all your delivery information so that we can happily exchange the cushions as quick as we can.

    Does my sofa set require assembly?

    Yes. Majority of our sofa sets are flat packed; however some do not require assembly. This will be shown in the product description.

    Our rain covers have a warranty of 12 months, starting from the date received.

    How long is the warranty for the indoor furniture?

    Our indoor furniture has a warranty of 6 months unless otherwise stated in the product description, starting from the date received.

    What is the warranty for the rattan garden furniture?

    Our warranty for the rattan furniture only covers the metal frame which is covered for 3 years.

    What is the warranty for the outdoor furniture cushions?

    Our warranty for the outdoor cushion covers is covered for 3 months.

    What happens to my statement, when I've returned the goods?     I have cancelled my order. How long will it take until I receive my refund? As soon as the store has registered your cancellation or your return, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
