Free delivery to all orders in mainland UK postcodes, in some cases, your items may be delivered separately.*
You can find estimated delivery window on the product page , it varies depends on the product type and couriers we are using .
If your order is coming with one of our preferred third party couriers, we will send you an email once we have dispatched it. This email will tell you the name of the courier and the tracking number, so you can stay updated all the way.
Depending on the distance, you could be given a one or two-day delivery date, as it will depend on the journey on the day. Our courier can only deliver to the ground floor and some couriers only offer door step delivery , and we do not offer assembly and old furniture removal service .
Remote Areas
We do not deliver to remote areas such as the Channel Islands, Grampian, Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles.
We do not deliver to Ireland or Northern Ireland.
Returns
If you wish to return your items, our returns policy allows you to return your items within 30 days after receiving the items. If your items are unfortunately faulty, there will be no extra charge for collection.
If you ordered by error or changed your mind, please do not worry , we could accommodate your request as well , small collection charge may apply in this case .
Return Packaging
All returned goods must be wrapped in packaging as our couriers do not transport unpackaged items. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you keep the original packaging if you would like to return the goods.
If you have received a faulty or damaged item that needs to be returned and you have disposed of the original packaging, we kindly ask you to source alternative material, for example, bubble wrap & for the item to be re-boxed. Please note that the penalty fee does not apply to faulty or damaged items.
Refunds Policy
For return cases, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days of receiving the items. For all other refunds, it will be processed within 7 business days.

"I bought a set of these covers around 18 months ago for my new garden furniture and at first I thought they were ideal. Unfortunately by the end of this winter both of the large covers ended up with multiple rips across the front. They really need to be made with a stronger material in order to survive wet and windy winters."

- Unfortunately, we do not have reminders available but we would advise to check again in a months time.
- Are these covers the same as the ones supplied with the Papaver 8 seater set? I purchased this set this spring and have just removed the covers to remove the cushions for winter storage and both seat waterproof covers have ripped. Please advise. Thanks Lorna
- The sku 23332 is the rain cover for the Barcelona 8 seater set, it will not fit the 8 seater papaver set.
- Is this assembled on delivery or self assembly
- The rain cover does not require aseembll.
- Will 5 Seater Vancouver covers come back in stock?
